摘要
卓越绩效模式是目前国际上广泛认同的企业运营模式,卓越绩效评价准则是企业运营综合评价的有效方法和工具。基于卓越绩效模式的标准、要求和框架进行了研发管理体系建模。研发管理体系分为三个层次,即核心层、支持层和外延层,其中核心层为组织结构与团队管理、目标管理、流程管理和绩效管理。根据卓越绩效评价准则,诊断了国内主要低压电器企业的研发管理体系的有效性,同时对于我国民营企业的研发管理体系给出了建设思路。
Excellent Performance Model is widely recognized in nternational company operating mode now, and excellent performance evaluation criteria is an effective comprehensive evaluation method and tool of company operating mode. R & D management system construction is modeled based on standard, requirement and content of the excellence performance mod- el. It is divided into three layers, such as core layer, support layer and external layer. The core layer of R & D manage- ment system is including organizational structure and team management, goal management, process management and per- formance management. According to excellent performance evaluation criteria, the paper diagnoses a R & D effective man- agement system of the main low - voltage electric company in domestic market and plans a constructive idea of R & D man- agement system of our private enterprise at the same time.
