摘要
信息质量评价是网络信息质量控制的前提。从网络信息资源的本身特点看,必须有效解决信息质量最优化等实质问题,才能有效提高信息利用率,促进信息服务发展,实现信息价值。从目前信息质量评价框架设计、评价指标选择和评价方法三方面回顾了目前网络信息资源中信息质量评价研究进展及存在问题,并分析了网络环境下信息质量评价的特点及未来发展趋势,以增进对网络信息环境下信息质量评价的认识。
Information Quality （IQ） assessment is the prerequisite for IQ control of＂ network information. From the essen- tial characteristics of network information, it is essential to solve the optimization of the quality of information to improve in- formation utilization, promote the development of information services and achieve the value of network information. The ar- ticle reviews the current IQ assessment of three aspects, such as assessment framework design, assessment index selection and assessment methods, and so on. And then, it analyzes the characteristics of network information and future trends of IQ assessment. It comes to the understanding of IQ assessment in network information environment.
