丙烯酸聚氨酯光敏树脂的结构与性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过对一系列具有不同分子结构的丙烯酸聚氨酯光敏预聚体的粘度、数均分子量、自动氧化反应以及光固化后树脂的平衡溶胀比和力学性能的测定 ,探讨了这类丙烯酸聚氨酯光敏树脂的链结构与微相分离、光固化性能以及力学性能间的关系 .实验结果表明 ,齐聚物二元醇以及加入的小分子二元醇是影响光敏预聚体及光固化后树脂结构与性能的重要因素 ,其中加入α AGE不仅可有效地消除光固化过程中氧阻聚 ,而且对光敏预聚体粘度、光固化后树脂微相分离也有显著影响 。 Polyurethane acrylate photosensitive prepolymer were synthesized from oligermerical dialcohols, or, the mixture of them and small molecular dialcohol, and 2.4 tolylene diisocyanate. The viscosity of prepolymer, together with number average molecular weight, equilibrium swelling ratio Q and UV cured mechanical properties were measured, and, the relations between chain structure and microphase separation were studied. The results show that oligomerical dialcohols and small molecular dialcohols are the main factors that affected the structure and properties of UV cured resins. The addition of α allyl glyceroether not only eliminated inhibiting photopolymerization of oxygen, but also had great influences on the viscosity of prepolymer and the microphase separation of UV cured resin. Equilibrium swelling method effectively characterized the microphase separation of UV cured polyurethane acrylate resin.
