摘要
目的了解医院住院患者静脉输液情况,为促进临床静脉输液规范合理化提供依据。方法随机选择医院2011年8月24日住院患者216例,对静脉输液情况进行统计分析。结果 106例住院患者使用静脉输液用药治疗,静脉输液率为49.1%;内科、外科、妇产科、耳鼻喉科住院患者输液率分别为53.5%、48.7%、33.3%、50.0%;其中不合理地使用静脉输液占56.6%。结论医院住院患者滥用静脉输液现象严重,建议国家卫生部门制定临床静脉输液指南或相关规定,要求医院相关部门加强督查管理,促进临床静脉输液规范合理化。
OBJECTIVE To study the situation of transfusion of the hospitalized patients so as to provide evidence for promoting the rational transfusion.METHODS A total of 216 hospitalized patients were randomly collected on Aug 24,2011,the statistical analysis of the status of the transfusion was performed.RESULTS Of 216 hospitalized patients who received intravenous transfusion for drug therapy,there were 49.7% of the patients who received transfusion;the rates of the transfusion in internal medicine department,surgery department,department of obstetrics and gynecology,and otorhinolaryngology department were 53.5%,48.7%,33.3% and 50.0%,respectively;the irrational transfusion accounted for 56.6%,respectively.CONCLUSION There exist some serious abuse of transfusion of the hospitalized patients.It is suggested that the guiding rule for clinical transfusion should be established by the health department in order to promote the rational and standard transfusion.
