结肠癌中EZH2和Ki-67表达的临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨果蝇zesle基因增强子2(EZH2)、增殖细胞核抗原(Ki-67)在正常结肠黏膜、腺瘤组织与结肠癌组织中的表达及其二者之间的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测EZH2、Ki-67在20例正常结肠黏膜、25例腺瘤组织及64例结肠癌组织中的表达情况。结果 EZH2在肠癌组织中阳性表达率为70.3%,明显高于正常结肠黏膜和腺瘤组织中的表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ki-67在肠癌组织中阳性表达率为81.3%,明显高于正常结肠黏膜中的表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。EZH2的表达与结肠癌的Dukes分期和淋巴结转移有关,而与性别、年龄、发病部位、分化程度等无关。Ki-67的表达与结肠癌的Dukes分期有关,与性别、年龄、发病部位、分化程度和淋巴结转移等无关。在结肠癌组织中,EZH2与Ki-67呈正相关,r=0.78。结论 EZH2和Ki-67可能在结肠癌的发生和发展中起协同作用,可作为判定结肠癌恶性程度及预后的参考指标。 Objective To investigate the expression and correlation of EZH2 and Ki-67 in normal colon mucosa,colon adenoma and colon carcinoma.Methods The representations of EZH2 and Ki-67 in the 20 cases of normal colon tissues,25 cases of colon adenoma and 64 cases of colon carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical method.Results The expression of EZH2 was higher in colon carcinoma than that in normal colon mucosa and colon adenoma(P0.05).Besides,it was closely related to the Dukes stage of colon carcinoma and lymphatic metastasis(P0.05),except of gender,age,location and differentiation.While the expression of Ki-67 was higher in colon carcinoma than that in normal colon mucosa(P0.05).It was closely related to the Dukes stage of colon carcinoma(P0.05),except of gender,age,location lymphatic metastasis and differentiation.It was significantly correlation between EZH2 and Ki-67(r=0.78,P0.05).Conclusion EZH2 and Ki-67 may have synergistic effect on each other,which contribute a lot to the development and the seriousness of colon carcinoma.They could be as a predictor of prognosis.
