摘要 CD40/CD154作为一种重要的细胞间信息转导系统,通过诱导细胞活化和细胞因子的产生,调节细胞、体液免疫并参与介导细胞内信号转导通路,在动脉粥样硬化、免疫缺陷病、炎症等疾病的发生、发展中起到重要作用。而阻断CD40/CDl54信号系统的相互作用可以抑制动脉粥样硬化的发生与发展。 CD40/CD154 as a kind of important information transmission way between cells,by inducing cell activation and the production of the cytokine,adjust the cell,humoral immune mediated and participate in the intracellular signalling pathways,atherosclerosis and immune deficiency disease, inflammation,the happening of the disease,which plays an important role in development. And blocking CD40 / CD154 signal system interactions can inhibit atherosclerosis occurrence and development.
