急性冠脉综合征患者介入治疗与药物治疗远期预后的对比研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的:比较急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者介入治疗及药物治疗预后的差异。方法:对上述两种方法治愈出院的231例ACS患者进行随访研究,其中介入治疗组103例,药物治疗组128例。结果:患者出院1年后两组远期疗效比较,介入治疗组明显有效(胸闷、胸痛等临床症状消失)81例,有效(临床症状减轻)13例,发生心脏事件9例,死亡1例,心脏事件发生率为8.7%;药物治疗组显著疗效48例,有效34例,发生心脏事件46例,死亡7例,心脏事件发生率为35.9%。两组比较差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论:与药物治疗者比较,ACS患者在行介入治疗后,远期疗效明显增高,心脏事件发生率明显降低。表明ACS患者及早行介入治疗,可提高其生存率和生活质量。
