摘要
以LSAR(球形木素磺酸阳离子树脂 )为载体 ,在升流式好氧生物流化床中 ,测定不同溶解氧条件下基质的COD去除率 .实验结果表明 ,在一定范围内 ,溶解氧 (DO)量增大 ,微生物活性增加 ,使出水水质好 ,但溶解氧超过一定范围后 ,充氧气体的剪切力使载体附着微生物膜部分脱落 ,反而使有机物去除率下降 .溶解氧在 5.0~ 6 .5mg/L时 ,以LSAR为载体去除有机物效率高 .其基质附着微生物增长常数为 0 .14 9,衰减常数为 0 .54d- 1.
The matrix COD removal rate is evaluated in the aerobic fluidized bed by the carrier LSAR. The results of experiments show that the biomicro-organism activity rises with the increasing of DO in a certain aerification and an over-aerification may cause the biomembrane to depart from the carrier by the shearing stress of gas.Then the degradation rate of COD may be decreased. When DO is within the range of 5.0 mg/L to 6.5 mg/L, the degradation rate of COD is high. The constant κ is 0.149 and K d is 0.054 d -1 . As mentioned above , LSAR has virtues as a carrier.
