摘要
厌氧折流板反应器(AnaerobicBaffledReactor,ABR)是一种新型高效的厌氧处理工艺,具有结构简单,运行稳定,效果优良等特点,适用于中、高浓度有机废水的处理。容积负荷达10~30kgCOD/m3.d时,COD去除率可达75~90%。有关研究都表明,ABR工艺在处理效能方面不亚于UASB工艺,在对废水类型的适应性方面则更具优越性。随研究的深入,该工艺具有推广应用的实际价值。为利于ABR工艺的进一步研究,起到抛砖引玉之功效,本文对其工艺原理,水力流态,对生物固体的截留能力,反应器中微生物种群的分布及处理效果,有关应用进行了分析和介绍。
As a new and high efficiency treatment process, Anaerobic Baffled Reactor (ABR) is able to treat medium to high strength organic wastewater effectisely, the COD removal can reach 75-90% at the organic loading rate of 1030kgCOD/m3.d, It is simple to design, simple to operate with stable efficiency The process Principles, hydraulic patterns, the active biological solids retaining ability and the distribution of different types of biomass in the reactor are analysed here in this paper.It is of value of application to the treatment of medium to high strength wastewater with further research into it.
