摘要
科技创业人才培养已经成为今天和未来高等教育发展的一个重要趋势。为了探索高等学校在科技创业人才培养中的作用与影响,通过对国内外高等院校科技创业人才培养模式的现状进行介绍与对比,总结不同模式的类型与特点,找到国内高等院校科技创业人才培养工作的问题并提出相应的解决对策。
Institutions of higher learning increasingly play an important role in personnel training in the technology start-ups.The status of domestic and science and technology entrepreneurial talent cultivation mode in foreign institutions of higher learning are described and compared,the characteristics of the different modes are summed up in order to find a good training mode for domestic university technology start-ups and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
