摘要
作为一种新型的社会经济组织,大学科技园孵化器在培养创新创业人才方面发挥着重要的作用。政府、大学、大学孵化器等相关社会组织应充分认识大学孵化器人才培养的特殊功能,统筹协调,共同努力,积极构建完整的创新创业人才培养体系,培养大批更加符合时代要求、更加适应创业需要的高层次人才。
As a new-type social economy organization, university science and technology park incubator plays an important role in training innovation and entrepreneurship personnel. Governments and universities and other relevant social organizations should recognize the special function of university science and technology park incubator in training personnel, coordinate all forces to construct a full personnel training system. So we can train more high-level personnel who can comply with the requirements of the times and adapt to starting up business.
