摘要
[目的]探讨多磺酸粘多糖软膏协同治疗一期压疮的疗效。[方法]将60例(60处)一期压疮病人随机分为实验组和对照组各30例,对照组采用传统压疮治疗方法,实验组在传统治疗方法的基础上增加多磺酸粘多糖软膏治疗压疮,比较两组病人治愈率和愈合时间。[结果]实验组病人压疮治愈率高于对照组、治愈时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]在传统压疮治疗方法上加用多磺酸粘多糖软膏能缩短压疮治疗时间、提高治愈率。
Objective：To probe into the curative effect of MPS ointment syn- ergistic treatment for stage I pressure sore. Methods. A total of 60 cases of patients with stage I pressure sore were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases in each, the control group cases used tradi- tional therapy of pressure sores, the MPS ointment treatment was increased for experimental group cases on the basis of the traditional treatment, then to compare the cure rate and healing time between the two groups of patients. Results：The pressure sores cure rate of the experimental group patients was higher than that of control group, the healing time was shorter than the con- trol group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Traditional treatment methods of pres- sure sores combined with MPS ointment can shorten the treatment time and improve the cure rate of Pressure sores.
