16例噬血细胞综合征临床分析

摘要 噬血细胞综合征（hemophagocytic syndrome,HPS）是体内杀伤性T细胞（CTLs）和NK细胞的杀伤功能明显降低或缺陷,免疫监控系统受损,巨噬细胞及淋巴细胞异常增生,从而导致组织器官浸润及系列细胞因子风暴的一组临床综合征[1]。目前亦归为组织细胞疾病。成人HPS多继发于病毒、寄生虫、原虫感染及恶性肿瘤、结缔组织病,以发热、肝脾肿大、全血细胞减少为主症[2],病情凶险,病死率高,早期诊断、及时治疗是关键。我科近5年收治HPS患者16例,报告如下。
