移植物抗宿主病发病机理的研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)是造血干细胞移植的主要并发症之一,是影响造血干细胞移植长期存活率的重要因素。目前认为造成GVHD组织损伤的首要介质是一种失调分泌的细胞因子网络——这就是有关GVHD发病机制的新学说“细胞因子风暴”学说。本文综述了在急性GVHD、慢性GVHD和同基因GVHD发病机理方面的最新研究进展。
