摘要
介绍了目前国内最具权威和规模的两大期刊网 ,分别讨论了它们的特点和功能 ,指出科技期刊上网仅仅是出版手段的现代化和传播载体形式的多样化 ,只能解决知识信息本身的有序化、资源化和数字化传播问题 .因此 ,科技期刊在积极创造条件上网的同时 。
Two of the most authoritative journal nets and their characteristics and funtions are introduced.It is pointed out that Chinese scitech journals on the Internet are only the modernization of publishing and variety of information carrier forms.It can only solve the problem of ordering,resource and numerical dissemination of knowledge information.Emphasis must be laid on the improvement of academic and editorial quality of the scitech journals when favourable conditions are created for them to get on Internet.
