摘要
利用经过专门化品系选育的山麻鸭Ⅰ系（S1S1）、山麻鸭Ⅱ系（S2S2）、山麻鸭Ⅲ系（S3S3）、金定鸭（JJ）、莆田黑鸭（PP）和闽农白鸭（FF）为育种素材，通过杂交配合力测定，筛选产蛋量高、饲料转化率高的三系杂交的山麻鸭配套系。结果表明，筛选出3个最佳三系杂交配套组合F（PS2）、P（S1F）和F（S1P），其500日龄平均产蛋数分别为345．4个、339．2个和331．1个，平均总产蛋重分别为25．1kg、24．3kg和24．1kg，料蛋比分别为2．60、2．68和2．67，较亲本山麻鸭S1S1系500日龄总产蛋数（300．2个）、总产蛋重（19．9kg）、料蛋比（2．91）分别提高了10．3％-15．1％、21．0％-26．1％和15．1％-18．7％。三系杂交配套组合在产蛋量、饲料转化率等的杂种优势显著，主要生产性能达到国内领先水平，具有推广应用价值。
In this study,Shanma duck strain Ⅰ （S4S1）,strain Ⅱ （S2S2）,strain Ⅲ （S3S3）,Jinding duck （JJ）,Putian black duck （PP）and Minnong white duck （FF）were used as breeding materials to establish the commerical lines. According to specialized selection,hybridization and combining ability determination,the new commerical lines were established,which had high egg production and feed conversion rate. The result showed that three optimal three-line hybrid for commercial reproduction （F （PS2）, P （S1F）and F （S1P））were selected, average egg number of which at 500 days age were 345.4, 339.2 and 331.1,respectively; average total egg weight were 25.1 kg, 24.3 kg and 24.1 kg, respectively;feed/egg ratio were 2.60,2.68 and 2.67, respectively; and they were increased by 10.3%-15.1%, 21.0%-26.1% and 15.1%-18.7%, respectively,compared with 300.2 （egg number at 500 days age）, 19.9kg （total egg weight）and 2.91：1 （feed/egg ratio）of the parent line of Shanma duck S1S1.Three-line hybrid combinations had significant heterosis in egg production, feed con-ersion rate, and the main production performance was in the leading domestic level.
