摘要
新一轮林改对福建林业的科技供求关系产生了重大影响。文章结合专家问卷调查,采用规范与实证相结合的研究方法。首先,分析了福建省新一轮林改中的林业科技供给现状;其次,指出了林业科技供给现存的主要问题,即林业科技进步贡献率低、林业科技供给难以满足需求,并分析了相应的原因;最后,提出了提升福建省林业科技供给能力的建议,即在强化各方科技意识和加强科技人才培养的基础上,一方面大力提升林业科技创新能力,另一方面加大现有科技成果的推广转化力度,以提升林业科技对经济发展的贡献率,并最终促使林业科技在推进林权改革、促进林业产业发展和林区新农村建设中充当第一推动力和保障力的作用。
The new round of reform of the forestry property system in Fujian province has exerted a great influence on the supply and demand of forestry science and technology.This article got the following items involved by conducting expert questionnaire with the research method of normative and empirical.First of all,the article analyzed the current situation of the supply of forestry science and technology in the new round of reform of the forestry property system.Secondly,the article pointed out the existing main problems of current situation of supply of forestry science and technology：contribution rate of forestry science and technology progress is low;supply of forestry science and technology can＇t meet the demand of society.And meanwhile,the corresponding reasons were analyzed in the article.Finally,the article put forward advices which are promoting forestry science and technology innovation ability and strengthening transformation of forestry science and technology achievements on the basis of improving the consciousness of different parties of science and technology and strengthening talent cultivation of related fields.And by promoting contribution rate of forestry science and technology on economic development,make full use of forestry science and technology in accelerating the reform of collective forest and promoting the development of forestry industry in new rural construction in forest regions.
