病案首页上的信息是一份病案内容的高度凝缩,是做好病案统计、病案借阅、参考及再利用的向导。对病案首页,卫生部有专门规定,并于2011年进行第3次修订。本市要求各级医院自2012年1月开始执行卫生部的新规定。正确理解新医案首页各信息栏的内涵,无疑是做好这项工作的首要前提。
The dada shown on the cover sheet of a medical file is the highly concentrated abstract of its contents, and a leading guide for the information statistics, retrieval, reference and reuse of the file. The State Health Minister has issued a document specially focused on this matter, and made the third revision of it in 2001. All the hospitals in Dalian are re- quired to implement of this newly revised specification from January of 2012. Of course, the properly understanding of the meaning of all the information columns on the cover sheet of medical cases is very important for the quality of the prepara- tion of cover sheets of medical files.
