摘要
按照《天津市医疗机构手术分级管理规范》分析手术编码与手术分级的差异,以ICD-9-CM-3手术操作分类字典库为依据,由13个手术科室对3000余条手术名称,按照手术的复杂性和技术要求进行甲、乙、丙、丁四级分级,融入ICD-9-CM-3数据库,促进医院手术的开展,提升了医疗水平,规范了医师对病案中疾病诊断和手术名称的规范书写,实现了手术分级计算机管理。
