摘要
本院是一所集医疗、教学、科研为一体的大型综合性医院,每年有大量的药学专业学生来本院实习,通过对药学实习生进行严格的上岗前培训、不断加强和完善带教模式、优化教师队伍等方法,促进学生的理论与实践结合,全面提升实习生的综合素质。本文是笔者在带教过程中的经验体会。
Our hospital is a large comprehensive hospital including medical treatment,teaching and scientific research,there are a large number of pharmaceutical students come to practice in our hospital every year,we not only promote students the combination of theory and practice,but also improve their comprehensive quality by strict pre-job training,constantly strengthening and improving the teaching mode,optimizing the teaching staff and so on.The paper is the author＇s teaching experience in the process of teaching.
