摘要
目的:帮助药剂科新员工尽快达到药学工作要求。方法:对药剂科新员工培训需求进行分析,特别关注新员工在思想、心态、资源与能力等方面的需求,从而确定了有针对性的培训目标,拟定培训计划,并进行考核评估。结果:设计并实施了适合药剂科新员工的"三层四项"培训方案;提出了建立新员工指导老师制度,为新员工培训提供切实有效的后续保障和借鉴的经验。结论:通过对培训方案的设计与实施进行考核评估,验证了药剂科新员工培训的有效性。
OBJECTIVE:To train new employees in pharmacy department to be competent for the work of pharmacy.METHODS:The requirement of new employees training was analyzed,especially in the following aspects:their thoughts,mentality,training resource and their ability.Then the pertinent training target was decided and training plan was designed.The training result was also evaluated.RESULTS:"three items and four points"training plan was designed and implemented.The advisor system for new employee was put forward so as to provide practical and effective support and experience for the following new employee training.CONCLUSION:The evaluation of the design and implementation of training plan contribute to prove the effectiveness of the training for new employee.
