摘要
目的对高密度脂蛋白与载脂蛋白A1、低密度脂蛋白与载脂蛋白B之间的相关性进行分析探讨。方法随机抽取在2010年1月～2012年5月间在本院进行体检的500名受检者,对其进行血清高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(apoA1)、载脂蛋白B(apoB)测定,并按照三酰甘油(TG)水平的不同进行分组,分析HDL-C与apoA1、LDL-C与apoB之间的相关性。结果在TG水平小于10.00mmol/L时,HDL-C与apoA1、LDL-C与apoB之间存在明显的相关性,在TG水平大于10.00mmol/L时,HDL-C与apoA1、LDL-C与apoB不具有明显的相关性。结论在一定条件下,HDL-C与apoA1、LDL-C与apoB存在比较明显的相关性,这将对临床诊断与治疗评价产生重要意义,值得关注。
Objective To analyze and explore the high-density lipoprotein and apolipoprotein A1,the correlation between the low-density lipoprotein and apolipoprotein B.Methods Randomly selected to undergo a medical examination in our hospital between January 2010 and May 2012 500 cases of subjects,their serum high density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein,apolipoprotein A1,apolipoprotein B were measured and grouped according to the different triglyceride（TG） levels,and analyzed the correlation between HDL-C and apoA1,LDL-C and apoB.Results TG levels less than 10.00 mmol/L,HDL-C and apoA1,LDL-C and apoB had a correlation,HDL-C and apoA1 LDL-C and apoB did not have a significant correlation in TG levels greater than 10.00 mmol/L.Conclusion Under certain conditions,HDL-C and apoA1,LDL-C and apoB is quite obvious correlation,clinical diagnosis and treatment evaluation of this will have an important significance,worthy of attention.
