摘要
采用真空感应电炉熔炼、锂盐覆盖、氩气保护等工艺,在720℃制备出超轻Mg-10Li-1.5Zn合金,在室温下进行轧制,随后进行退火处理。利用金相显微镜、SEM和万能拉伸机分析了Mg-10Li-1.5Zn合金形变和退火后的微观组织和力学性能。试验结果表明,室温下轧制变形可以显著提高合金的力学性能,合金经58%变形量室温轧制后,与铸态组织相比合金的力学性能明显提高,抗拉强度达到182 MPa,屈服强度达到169 MPa,伸长率达到25%,相比铸态Mg-10Li-1.5Zn合金分别提高了42.8%、76.4%、6.5%;合金经过65%冷轧变形不同温度退火后,抗拉强度和屈服强度逐渐降低,伸长率先升高随后略有下降,150℃退火1 h伸长率达到最大值为43%。
Ultra light Mg-10Li-1.5Zn alloy is prepared under 720 ℃ by melting in vacuum induction furnace,covering by lithium salt as well as protecting by argon.Microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-10Li-1.5Zn alloy cold rolled and annealed were investigated by means of metallographic microscope,SEM and tensile machine.The results show that the mechanical properties are significantly improved by cold roll,the mechanical properties of the alloy with 58% degree of deformation at room temperature are obviously improved with tensile strength of 182 MPa,yield strength of 169 MPa,elongation rate of 25%,which are respectively increased by 42.8%,76.4% and 6.5%,compared with as-cast Mg-10Li-1.5Zn alloy.Annealed at different temperatures,the tensile strength and yield strength decrease gradually,elongation rate goes up firstly and then down slightly,the highest value is up to 43% annealed at 150 ℃×1 h.
