摘要
针对光电探测式溶液质量分数的实验光路,提出了利用多次反射提高系统检测灵敏度的方法。讨论了光路中影响检测灵敏度的各种参数,分析了通过多次反射提高系统检测灵敏度的理论依据。该方法一方面可以加快相同质量分数变化时转角变化,同时因为也等效增加了溶液池深度而增加了系统的响应灵敏度。搭建了基于该方法的系统,并针对不同质量分数的NaCl溶液质量分数进行检测。实验结果表明:该系统可以检测溶液质量分数的微小变化。该方法的优点在于经过多次反射放大了检测灵敏度,可以实现系统的小型化设计。
Aiming at photoelectric detecting system for solution mass fraction,a method is proposed to improve system detecting sensitivity through multiple reflections.Various parameters which affects detecting sensitivity of system in the optical path are firstly discussed,and theoretical basis for improving sensitivity of the system through multiple reflections in the optical path are analyzed.This method can increase the corners change under same mass fraction and it also improves response sensitivity from increasing depth of the solution pool.System based on this method is built,and it is used for detecting different mass fraction of NaCl solution.The experimental results show that the system based on this method can detect small changes in solution mass fraction.The advantage of this method is that the detecting sensitivity is amplified through multiple reflections and miniaturization system design is achieved.
