摘要
用分光光度法研究了不同分子量聚乙二醇的最大吸收波长,考察了显色剂用量、显色时间等因素对聚乙二醇溶液吸光度的影响,得到的优化测试条件为:碘用量1.0mL,BaCl2用量1.2mL,显色时间控制在1200~1400s之间。该方法操作简单、稳定性好、准确度高,便于推广应用。
The maximum absorption band of PEG of different molecular weights are researched by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The influences of chromogenic reaction time, amount of chromogenic reagent used for determination of PEG content etc. are investigated. The optimal conditions are as follows : amount of iodine and BaCl_2 used 1.0 mL and 1.2 mL; chromogenic reaction time 1200~1400s. This method of determination is simple and stable in operation and high accuracy can be obtained. It is suitable for popularizing in use.
