摘要 肿瘤溶解综合征(TLS)是肿瘤治疗过程中一种最为凶险的并发症。表现为瘤细胞大量溶解,快速释放细胞内物质,导致代谢异常和电解质紊乱。目前国内尚未见手术期间发生TLS的报道,国外也十分罕见。本文详细描述1例发生于我科全麻手术中的极其罕见的TLS病例,并就目前国内外的文献做一总结。
