摘要
农业科技推广是将农业科技成果转化成现实生产力的重要途径,对推动农业科技发展,促进农村经济繁荣具有重要的纽带和桥梁作用。然而我国较低的农业科技成果转化率已经成为制约我国现代化农业发展的瓶颈。该文主要对国内外农业科技推广的主要体系进行比较,指出它们的优势与不足。就我国农业科技推广服务体系存在的问题,通过借鉴国外农业科技推广的先进模式,提出我国农业科技推广服务体系的发展启示。
Extension of agricultural science and technology is an important way to translate scientific and technologi- cal achievements into practical productive forces. It makes a link and a approach to promote the development of agricultural science and technology. However, the lower conversion rate of agricultural science and technology achievements has become the bottleneck restricting the development of modern agriculture in China. This paper is mainly to compare the extension service system of domestic and overseas agricultural science and technology, and points out their advantages and disadvantages. Base on the existing problems on extension service system of agricultural science and technology in China, this paper put forward the illumination from the advanced mode in foreign.
