摘要
根据目前中医药院校扩招后所导致的实习基地增加而引发一系列新问题:学生后期临床毕业实习管理中存在的多部门管理以及实习基地分散带来交流和管理上的不便,导致产生了学生思政教育难、就业指导难、技能培训难等一系列问题。为提高临床实习的有效性及有序性,临床医学生的管理工作也须应时而变,因此应积极探索解决的对策:提出加强规范管理:通过开展实习学生岗前培训制度,实习点循环检查制度、进行实习生考研、就业指导、建立现代网络技术沟通平台,加强技能培训,等措施,摸索出了一套行之有效的管理办法,为临床毕业实习规范管理奠定基础。
According to the Chinese medicine colleges and universities after enrollment expansion in practice base increases and causes a series of new problems： students late clinical management of graduation practice for the presence of multiple sector management and practice bases scattered bring exchange and management inconvenience,resulting in the students＇ Ideological and political education to employment guidance,skills training,to a series of difficult problem.In order to improve the clinical practice is effective and orderly sex,clinical medical students management work should be changed from time to time,so we should actively explore the Countermeasures： strengthening standardized management： through the development of practice students pre-job training system,practice of circular inspection system,undertake intern postgraduate,employment guidance,the establishment of modern network communication platform,strengthening skill training,and other measures,worked out a set of effective management methods,to lay the foundation for management of graduation clinical internship.
