摘要
临床实习阶段是医学生成才的关键时期,也是医学生管理相对松散的时期。从医学生实习期间管理上存在的主要问题入手,探索其管理的有效方法和措施,有利于引导医学生将全部精力投入到临床技能实践中,成为医疗卫生行业中的合格人才。
Clinical practice is not only the crucial phase for the medico matures, but also the relatively loose time for management. From the main problems existing in the clinical practice, this text explores effective management methods to guide the students invest all energy to clinical practice and help them to become qualified personnel.
