摘要
利用ＶｉｓｕａｌＣ++６．０和ＡｕｔｏＣＡＤ的二次开发工具ＯｂｊｅｃｔＡＲＸ开发了灰口铸铁、球墨铸铁铸造工艺二维ＣＡＤ系统，它可实现计算机辅助设计和绘图。根据铸铁特点对浇冒口模块进行了重点设计。系统主要功能包括：通用铸造工艺参数设计、实用冒口设计、浇注系统设计等。并结合工厂管卡零件进行了铸造工艺辅助设计。
The article has developed the 2D CAD system for casting process design of the gray iron and spheroidal graphite iron castings using VisualC＋＋6.0 and ObjectARX. This system can realize computer aided design and computer aided drawing. The authors especially design the riser and gating system of the cast iron according to its features.This system consists of the common casting process parameter design module,the practical riser design module,the gating system design module,and soon.The authors have designed the casting process of the housing part from a factory.
