摘要
分析了抱式管卡成形工艺,采用无废料的排样方式,设计了零件的冲孔、落料、弯曲等9个工位的排样方案,并设计了多工位级进模。实践表明:模具结构设计合理,节省材料,工作效率高,零件成形质量好,具有较高的经济效益。
Based on analyzing the forming process of an encircling pipe clamp, a non-waste layout scheme was proposed and a nine-position progressive die including piercing, blank- ing and bending was designed.
