摘要
试验研究了铅含量对灰铸铁组织、性能、冶金质量指标的影响以及铅在灰铸铁中的微观分布。结果表明,当含铅量小于0.005%时,灰铸铁具有较好的力学性能和冶金质量指标,而当含铅量大于0.005%时,力学性能和冶金质量指标明显下降,同时灰铸铁的断面敏感性增大,并强烈地改变铸铁的石墨形态,同时有促进渗碳体析出的趋势。因此灰铸铁中的含铅量应控制在0.005%以下。
In this experiment have been studied the effects of Pb on structures,properties、metallurgical quality index, andmicro-distribution of Pb.The results shows that when the content of Pb is lower than 0.005%,the mechanical properties and metallurgical quality index are better. However when the content of Pb is larger than 0.005%,the mechanical properties and metallurgical quality index are decline.The minor lead element which is added to the gray iron can make not only the raise of section sensitivity,but also the change of graphite shape.Besides,it can improve the precipitate tendency of cementite,it has been suggested that Pb content must belimited to<0.005%.
