摘要
信息公开的范围是信息公开的核心内容,本文在系统分析我国政府投资项目决策信息公开范围法律制度的现状及其问题的基础上,对域外发达国家相关法律制度进行了深入分析和借鉴,从决策依据的公开、决策程序的公开和决策内容的公开三个方面提出了构建和完善我国政府投资项目决策信息公开范围法律制度的主要着力点和对策建议。
The scope of information disclosure is the core content of information disclosure.This paper,on the basis of a systematic analysis of the current situation and problems of China＇s legal system of information disclosure in decision-making of government-invested projects,conducts an in-depth analysis of the legal system of foreign developed countries.From the disclosure of basis,process and contents of public decision-making,the authors present the main focus-worthy points and make suggestions on building up and perfecting China＇s legal system of the scope of information disclosure in decision-making of government-invested projects.
