摘要
在概括中国轨道交通发展和现有研究的基础上,利用"上海知识产权(专利信息)公共服务平台"和"Innog-raphy专利信息检索分析平台",从年度趋势、专利类型、申请人、发明人、生命周期、技术构成等角度,对整个中国轨道交通产业的专利活动进行多角度的分析和研究,从而剖析中国轨道交通领域专利保护现状、发展趋势以及竞争态势。
The status quo of Chinese railway transportation technology was briefly introduced,the previous research of patent protection for Chinese railway transportation technology was summarized,and the patent information was searched from the Shanghai Intellectual Property（patent information） platform and INNOGRAPHY,on the basis of the above,a comprehensive investigation about the patent activities of railway transportation technology in China was carried out from the perspective of patent types,annual trend,applicants,inventors,patent life-cycle and patent IPC,and so on.The status quo and the developing trend as well as the competitive situation of patent protection for Chinese railway transportation technology were concluded finally.
