怎样查找《国际专利分类表》中未明确显示的类目 被引量:4

How to Find out the Patent Literature without Literal Classification in IPC

摘要 尽管IPC力图包括全部应用技术领域,并列有约6万条类目,人们在使用该表时仍有时找不到满意的类名,些时可考虑:①使用外延更广的上位类号扩检;②查找余类(或称为杂类);③查找意义相近的类目等办法。此外还应考虑其相关类目:①方法类与设备类,只标明设备的类目有可能包含相关的生产方法,反之亦然;②方法类与产品类;③功能类与应用类。 Though IPC is expected to embrace all technical knowledge with about 60000 classification items,people sometimes have difficulties in finding out suitable items. Thus,the following methods are worth trying: 1. searching with upper-seat item which has a broader concept;2. looking for miscellaneous items;3. examining items with close meaning.Besides,some related items of IPC are to be considered: 1. process item and equipment item. When one of them is absent,the other often embraces the both kinds of literature;2. process item and product item;3. function item and application item.
