摘要
临床急救时呼吸机应用错误并不鲜见,主要表现为:①进气管与出气管反接、呼吸机未进行日常清洁等呼吸机日常维护问题;②空气压缩泵过热保护停机等呼吸机出厂设置问题;③混用不同用途呼吸机、呼吸机脱开造成供氧暂停、呼吸机辅助呼吸治疗前准备工作不充分、呼吸机时钟设置未校准等呼吸机操作使用问题;④呼吸机电源与电压问题、呼吸机管道漏气、氧浓度监测用电池耗竭等呼吸机机械故障问题。因此,临床医护人员应充分认识急救时呼吸机应用错误,正确使用呼吸机,方能避免不必要的差错和失误。
The misuse of mechanical ventilator in emergency cases happens occassionaly, under the circumstances of. The main false use included：① The ventilator maintenance problems, inlet pipe and outlet pipe are connected in reverse, the ventilator is not depurated daily; ② There are some ventilator settings such as air compression pump overheating protection;③ There are also some ventilator operational problems such as mix-up of different uses of the ventilator, trachea oxygen supply for improper replacing of breathing machine, inadequate preparation for assisted respiration of breathing machine before treatment and misalignment clock of breathing machine; ④ There are some mechanical problems of ventilator such as ventilator power and voltage, gas leakage and oxygen concentration monitoring battery depletion. Therefore clinicians should be fully aware of consequences of misuse mechanical ventilators in emergency cases.
