摘要
研究新型粘合剂CRA-100PRC在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体胶中的应用。结果表明,在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体胶中以粘合剂CRA-100PRC减量替代粘合剂RA-65,胶料的焦烧时间缩短,硫化速度加快,硫化胶的粘合性能提高,其他性能基本相当,成品性能完全能够满足使用要求,可减少环境污染。
The application of a new type adhesive CRA-100PRC in the carcass ply compound of truck and bus radial tire was investigated.The results showed that,by using less amount of CRA-100PRC instead of adhesive RA-65 in the compound,the scorch time of the compound was reduced,the curing rate increased,the adhesion of vulcanizate improved,other properties changed little,the performance of finished tire met the application requirements,and environmental pollution could be reduced.
