摘要
学术不端现象已经涉及到了学术的各个方面,干扰了学术自由,制约了学术的创新发展。社会环境的改善和制度的完备从社会层面上固然可以有效减少这种现象的发生,但从个体层面上,作者、审核人、读者和监督人收益最大化才是主导其产生的根源。利用理性选择理论,从个体层面收益的角度分析学术不端行为,将从根本上遏制学术不端现象的继续蔓延。
The phenomenon of academic misconduct has been involved in any aspects of academic.It interferes the academic freedom and restricts the academic innovation.Although it can be effectively reduced by improving the social environment and perfection of system from the level of society,the profit maximization of authors,examiner,readers and supervisor is the origin of academic misconduct from the individual level.With the rational choice theory,it will contain the spread of academic misconduct from the level of individual profit.
