摘要
目的观察椎旁神经阻滞联合三氧注射治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效。方法带状疱疹后神经痛患者48例，随机分为两组，各组24例。两组均采用2％利多卡因3～5ml，甲钴铵0．5mg，复方倍他米松1mg，稀释至15m1，行椎旁神经阻滞。此外A组同时以浓度为30％三氧10ml行椎旁注射。于治疗前及治疗后3个月内各时点采用视觉模拟评分（VAs）评估并记录疼痛程度。结果与治疗前相比，两组患者治疗后VAS评分下降，且治疗后A组VAS评分较B组低（P〈0．05）；A组的总有效率为100％（24／24例）明显高于B组75％（18／24例），且A组的治疗次数少于B组（P〈0．05）。结论椎旁神经阻滞联合三氧注射是治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的有效方法。
Objective To observe the efficacy of paravertebral nerve block combined with ozone injection for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia （PHN）. Methods Forty-eight patients with PHN were randomly divided into two groups. All patients were received paravertebral nerve block with 2% lidocaine 3-5 ml, mecobalamin 0.5 rag, and diprospan 1 mg, diluted to 15 ml. At the same time, patients were injected 30% ozone 10 ml in group A. VAS was recorded before and after the treatment. Results Compared with pretreatment, VAS was decreased in the two groups, in which VAS was lower in group A than that in group B （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 100%（24/24 eases） in group A, which was higher than that in group B 75%（18/24 cases）, and the times of nerve block in group A were less than that in group B （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Paraverte- bral nerve block combined with ozone injection is an effective method for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.
