摘要
应用超激光疼痛治疗仪（ＳｕｐｅｒＬｉｚｅｒＨＡ－５５０，简称ＳＬ）治疗带状疱疹性神经痛病人７０例，其中带状疱疹（ＨＺ）５２例，带状疱疹后神经痛（ＰＨＮ）１８例。疗效以视觉模拟评分法（ＶＡＳ）评价。全组总有效率达８８．６％，疗效与病程有关，而与患者年龄无关。病程≤３个月组显效率明显优于＞３个月组（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＨＺ急性期应用ＳｕｐｅｒＬｉｚｅｒ照射不仅镇痛效果良好（总有效率９４．２％）。
We use Superlizer HA 550 to treat 70 patients suffering from herpetic neuralgia, including 52 herpes zoster (HZ) patients and 18 postherpetic neuralgia (PHN) patients. The therapy effects were evaluated by the method of visual analogic scale (VAS). The total effective rate is 88.6% and the therapeutic effects are related to the course of disease but not to the age. Superlizer treatment during the acute period of HZ not only produced a satisfactory analgesic effect but also prevented the occurrence of PHN.
