摘要
介绍了机构知识库的定义及特点,通过分析机构知识库的发展现状,找出现存问题的解决对策,从资源、人员和工具等方面探讨了高校机构知识库的构建,并提出了基于Dspace平台的架构。
ABSTRACT： This paper introduces the definition and features of IR, finds some solutions for solving the existing problems of IR construction on the basis of the analysis of the research status, and from the aspects of resources, staffs and tools, puts forward a framework based on Dspace.
