摘要
机构知识库是科研学术机构利用自身优势建立的提供知识转移和利用的知识服务平台,在构建过程中应注重知识的有效转移因素。本文阐述了机构知识库的发展,结合知识转移过程中的制约因素和机构知识库的运作模型,指出机构知识库在建设过程中的人文障碍,并从内涵建设、外部环境、机构设置等多角度提出了机构知识库的构建策略,以利于知识的有效转移,促使其可持续发展。
Institutional Repository is knowledge service platform in academic research institutions, the building process should focus on knowledge transfer and exploitation. This paper analyzed the problems in building institutions from the effective transfer of knowledge, from the building of systems, content and organizational construc＇don, environmental construction, and other aspects of building a different strategy to facilitate the effective transfer of knowledge.
