摘要
随着信息技术的发展和人性化服务理念的不断深入,图书馆自助服务成为发展的趋势。以华中师范大学图书馆自助借还服务系统的应用为例,探讨了高校图书馆自助借还服务的优势和存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。
ABSTRACT：With the development of information technology and unceasingly deepening of humanistic service concept, library＇s self-service has become the development trend. Taking the self-circulation system of the library of Huazhong Normal University as an example, this paper discusses the advantages of and problems existing in university library＇ s self- circulation, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
