摘要
在我国高校图书馆实际发展中,统借统还模式受到广泛应用与重视,然而,虽然部分高校图书馆应用了统借统还模式,但是,管理员的服务素质较低,无法提升先进服务技术的应用质量,甚至会出现一些服务问题。因此,高校图书馆必须要根据统借统还模式的实际特点与要求,对管理员进行有效的培训,全面提升管理员的服务素质,为其发展奠定基础。
The unified-borrowing and unified-lending model is used widely and being paid more and more attention in the development of our universities. However,librarian's qualities are low in general,and cannot have adequate use of the advanced information technology. And thus,universities must train their librarians fully to promote the librarian's qualities according to the characters and needs of the unified-borrowing and unified lending model.
