摘要 研究目的:通过梳理国内山区农村居民点空间布局与优化研究的成果文献,找出目前研究存在的不足并进行改进。研究方法:文献资料法、实证研究法。研究结果:(1)总体上,山区农村居民点空间布局研究要比结构优化研究充分;技术方法上,空间布局是以GIS技术支持下的定量研究为主,结构优化是以整理和规划背景下的定性研究为主。(2)GIS空间分析技术与景观分析方法能较全面地刻画长阳山区农村居民点的空间分布特征;长阳农村居民点受海拔、坡度、坡向、河流等自然环境因素,以及公路、农村人口、农民人均纯收入、城镇距离、居民点用地规模、土地规划等社会经济因素和耕地面积、园地面积等生产环境因素影响明显;以加权Voronoi图为属性有层次搜寻局部中心,并依此构建的5级村庄等级层次更符合长阳农村居民点的发展规律。研究结论:根据山区农村居民点空间布局与环境因子的量化关系确定居民点权重,并构建加权Voronoi图分割势力范围,为山区农村居民点布局优化提供了一种有效的量化研究方法。 The purpose of this paper is to review the related literatures of spatial distribution and optimization of rural residential land in the mountainous areas of China, find out the drawbacks and discuss the way of amelioration. Methods employed include literature review and empirical research. The results indicate that 1 ) overall, the research of spatial distribution is more adequate than layout optimization; technically, the former takes quantitative study as the primary mean which based on GIS technologies, hut the latter is mainly focused on qualitative analysis against the background of rural land consolidation and planning; 2) GIS spatial analysis and landscape ecology method was effective in characterizing the spatial distribution of rural residential land in Changyang; the environmental factors such as elevation, slope, aspect and rivers, social factors such as roads, rural population and per capita net income, urban distance, rural residential land scale and land planning, as well as the farming factors such as cultivated land area and garden-plot area produced significant effect to the spatial distribution of rural residential land in Changyang; the five ranks of rural residential land was more reasonable for developing, which was divided by searching automatically according to the weight of Voronoi polygons in Changyang. The conclusion is that delimitating the sphere of spatial influence of rural residential land is an efficient quantitative method for layout optimization by the weighted Voronoi diagram. Meanwhile, the weights were decided by the quantitative relationship between rural residential land and environment.
