摘要
以稀盐酸处理的、硅烷偶联剂(KH-570)进行表面改性的超细镍粉为导电填料,水性聚氨酯乳液为粘结剂制备水性导电涂料,研究了填料的含量,偶联剂处理工艺,水用量,以及涂料固化工艺等,对涂层导电性的影响及涂层的电磁屏蔽效能。实验表明,镍粉含量在40%~50%,偶联剂处理工艺选用预处理法,偶联剂用量为镍粉含量的3%,涂料含水量为40%,涂层固化工艺为40℃固化15 min,涂层表面状态和导电性能均较好,且得到的水性导电涂料在频率为50~1 500 MHz段范围内电磁屏蔽效能达到了25.0~47.5 dB。
A waterborne electromagnetic shielding conductive coatings was prepared taking conductive ultrafine nickel powders as filler, the oxide layers of which were removed by acid hydrochloric dilute and then the surface was modified by silane coupling agents (KH-570), and latex of waterborne polyurethane as blinder. The effects of filler content, coupling agent process, water consumption and coating' s solidification process on the conductivity of the coating were studied. The experimental results show that, when the nickel powder content is 40%-50%, the pretreatment method is as the treatment process of coupling agent, coupling agent content is 3% of nickel powder content, coating moisture is 40%, coating's solidification process is at 40 ℃ for 15 min, the surface state and conductive properties of the coating is best, and the shielding efficacy is from 25 dB to 47.5 dB at the range from 50 MHz to 1 500 MHz.
