摘要
随着电磁屏蔽涂料在军用机械装备上的大量应用,偶联剂作为电磁屏蔽涂料中的一种重要添加剂,其作用对屏蔽效能的发挥产生至关重要的影响。叙述了偶联剂的作用理论;分析了典型偶联剂的结构特征、作用机理及其在屏蔽涂料中的用法和用量;研究了偶联剂在电磁屏蔽涂料中的作用;指出了偶联剂在军用机械电子设备中的发展趋势。
Along with the wide use of the electromagnetic shielding （EMI） coating in military mechano-electronic equipments, coupling agent which is an important additive plays a vital role in shielding effect. This paper summarizs the coupling mechanisms of the coupling agent, analyzes the structure characteristics, coupling mechanisms, application methods and dosage in the electromagnetic shielding materials of the typical coupling agents and points out the developing trend of the coupling agent in the military mechano-electronic equipments.
