摘要
利用无压浸渗法制备了两种不同粒度的高体积分数碳化硅铝基复合材料。采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜对复合材料的相组成、微观组织、断口形貌进行了分析。结果表明,采用无压浸渗制备的高体积分数SiCp/Al复合材料组织均匀,致密度好,无气孔和夹杂等缺陷,界面反应产物为Mg2Si、SiO2和Si,复合材料抗压强度达500 MPa,断口呈现脆性断裂特征。
Two different size of Al-matrix composites with high volume fraction of SiC particles were produced with the new pressureless infiltration fabrication technology. The phase composition, microstructure and fracture morphology of the composite were analyzed by XRD and SEM. The results show that the SiCp/Al composite has homogeneous organization and high density without any pore and inclusion. The reaction products in the interface are composed of Mg2Si, SiO2 and Si. The composite has compressive strength of 500 MPa, and display a brittle characteristic at fracture.
