摘要
用含Ba变质合金取代传统的 4元钠盐变质剂 ,对比研究了Ba和Na变质对ZL10 7合金摩托汽缸头组织和性能的影响 ;结果表明 ,Na盐在 0 .5h内有良好的变质效果 ,但随着时间延长 ,其变质作用迅速衰退 ;Ba元素在 5~ 6h内有良好的变质效果 ,长效作用明显 ;与Na盐变质比较 ,Ba变质铸态和热处理 (T6)后的力学性能有所提高 ;Ba变质操作简单、无污染、成本低于或接近于Na盐变质。
In this study,Aluminium barium master alloy was used as a substitute for traditional sodium (Na) salts. The effect of barium (Ba) on the morphologies and properties of motorcycle cylinder head alloy (ZL107) was investigated in comparison with that of Na. The results indicate that Na is efficient within half an hour after modification treatment, but its effect fades rapidly as time goes on. Barium has satisfactory effect on modification within five to six hours,showing a “long holding” property. Compared to alloys modified by Na, barium modified alloys show enhanced mechanical properties in both as cast and T6 state. In addition, barium is easy to use without pollution and not more expensive than Na salts.
