直流磁场对ZL107合金凝固组织的影响

摘要 研究了在直流磁场作用下ZL107合金凝固组织的变化,并对直流磁场影响合金显微组织的机理进行了探讨。在直流磁场作用下,晶粒明显粗化;枝晶间隙中Si相和CuAl2相的形态也发生了明显的变化;中央凝固组织中出现了明显的疏松;α(Al)基体的显微硬度分布呈现较大的起伏。这些主要是由于直流磁场对液态金属中对流的抑制作用所致。 The variation of solidification structure of ZL107 alloy under the direct magnetic field was studied, and the mechanism which the direct magnetic field affected the microstructure of ZL107 alloy was discussed. Under the field the crystal grains are coarsened, and the shape of Si and CuAl2 on the grain boundaries is greatly changed, and cavitations occurr on the centre of the solidification structure, and the distribution of microharduess of the base α(Al) shows great undulation. These are mainly owed to the fact that the direct magnetic field could restrain convection in liquid metal.
